Please note that during the festive season, holidays and peak shopping periods, there may be delays in the processing and delivery of orders and returns. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, factors such as increased postal traffic and carrier limitations might affect the estimated delivery time, particularly during Christmas. AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICIES

Within Australia, Kamara Australia uses registered Australia Post express eParcel service, whereby You and Kamara Australia can track any purchases in a timely manner.  Orders placed during normal business hours Monday - Friday will be processed within 2-4 days. Weekend and public holiday purchases will be processed the following business day.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@kamara.com.au

We don’t want your special delivery to get lost! Therefore, Kamara Australia recommends You provide an address where You will be located during office hours.  If You provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers' name. Once dispatched to Your specified address, any lost or damaged items, or disputes and insurance issues can be dealt with through Australia Post.

AUSTRALIA EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES

Kamara Australia offers 'express' shipping throughout Australia.  You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by You.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING TIME

For Express Shipping, expect delivery within two-three business days. Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. 

However Australia Post's latest Domestic update states: "Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination."

Any delivery date or time specified by Kamara Australia is a best estimate only and Kamara Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Ownership of goods and any risk of damage will pass to You upon delivery to You at your specified delivery address. Disputes and insurance issues can be dealt with through Australia Post.

RETURNS

GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If You change your mind, or make a wrong decision, Kamara Australia will happily assist You with an exchange or refund, provided:

  • the Products are in Original condition
  • the Products are in their original  packaging with all tags, labels & hygienic protector still intact
  • Every garment shipped has a Returns tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable
  • the Products have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed
  • the Products are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase including original invoice 

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return within 

14 days from the date of purchase.

Return postage is FREE, and available at any Australia Post Outlet throughout Australia. Please ask a friendly Australia Post Team Member for assistance if needed.

How to return your order via Australia Post:

    1. Email hello@kamara.com.au requesting your Free postage return label.
    2. Print and sign your return label.
    3. Where possible, reuse the KAMARA satchel, or purchase a standard postage Tough Bag.
    4. Attach your return label to the satchel or tough bag, please ask a friendly Australia Post Team Member for assistance if needed.
    5. Securely pack your item to prevent any damage during transit. Kamara Australia is not responsible for any items that are lost or returned in error.

Kamara Australia is not liable for the loss of items in return transit.. 

Items can only be exchanged in the same style or a different colour or size. To return your online purchase, simply email hello@kamara.com.au If you would like an exchange on your item(s), please contact Kamara Australia to ensure that your preferred colour/size is available! 

Return shipping to Kamara Australia must be via a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.  Kamara Australia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.  The Products are Your responsibility until they reach Kamara Australia.  Please ensure You safely package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  Kamara Australia is not responsible for any items that are returned to it in error. 

The original shipping charges are not refundable, however if You are exchanging for an alternative item, You will not be charged postage for the first exchange.  Please note that all subsequent exchanges will be charged postage fees at Kamara Australia’s normal rates. Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card. 

Online returns must be posted via Australia Post:

In store Returns are the responsibility of the original place of purchase and will need to adhere to that store’s returns policy.  Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

In store purchases cannot be returned to the Online Store. Kamara Australia garments cannot be purchased for resale. 

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT, REFUND OR REPAIR

Kamara Australia takes great pride in our reputation for quality and we provide warranty against defects and faults as follows:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.  

In order to make a claim under the preceding paragraph You must return the Product:

  • in accordance with the protocol in the section below titled RETURNS AND EXCHANGE : and
  • accompanied by a valid proof of purchase including original invoice

The Product will be inspected upon return and a decision will be made as to whether the fault is the result of Your failure to take appropriate care of the garment (refer to care instructions and information on the Product and this Site). In which event Kamara Australia will advise You by email and can choose if it repairs the Product first or simply returns the Product to You.

If a Product is faulty, Kamara Australia will gladly reimburse any return postage paid, which may only be applied against the original card of purchase.
